How To Get A Flat Stomach


1. Exercise 

Aerobic Exercise Daily
30 Minutes a day, but include one or two days of rest each week.

This can include Dancing, Running, Swimming, Cycling and Walking at a pace. Anything to get your heart rate up and going. 

Burn Fat
100 Sit ups a day.

Strength
Improve your muscular tone as well as increasing your metabolism, so your burn calories faster over time.

Things to do this:
Push-ups
Pull-ups
Squats
Lunges
Leg Lifts
Sit-ups
Hand stands


Get enough sleep


2. Diet

Eat Healthier 

Eat healthier and cut down on junk food.

Eat fruit and vegetables.

Eat lots of lean protein
(Beans, Nuts, Lean meat).

Eat whole grain breads and grains.

Eat smaller meals during the day.

Eat Raw foods. 
Best raw foods are:
Cabbage
Carrots
Cauliflower
Celery
Cucumbers
Dark leaf lettuce
Onions
Pears
Tomatoes
Broccoli
Bananas
Apples
Berries

Don't eat anything for about two hours before you sleep.
Foods eaten late are normally stored as fat.

3. Drink plenty of water.
-Drinking lemon water is said to be a natural way of speeding up your metabolism as well.
 Try squeezing a lemon wedge into a glass of cold water for a refreshing healthy drink.

Your urine should be light yellow or a clear colour. 
Dark yellow could be a sign that your dehydrated. 

4. Lower your sodium intake.
Try to decrease your use of salt or other fatty additives.
